  • New Patients: $250 ($240 cash)

  • Routine Follow Up: $200 ($190 cash)

  • Acute Visits: $180 ($170 cash)

  • CDL Physical: $190 ($180 cash)

Medicare Disclosure

Please be aware that medicare does not recognize Naturopathic Physicians as health care providers and therefore will not cover office visits, lab orders, imaging orders or referrals.

Direct Pay Transition

Our office will be transitioning to a direct payment practice in 2026. We will no longer be accepting insurance as a form of payment for medical services. 

We are out of network with Premera, Lifewise, Aetna, United, First Choice, and all Medicaid plans.

We can provide detailed receipts so that you may independently submit claims to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Note that your lab work, imaging orders and referrals can still bill to your insurance company as normal (exception medicare).

Membership Option (Direct Primary Care)

While it is not required to be a member to utilize our office we are offering this as an option to individuals and employers.

Rate: $100/month ($250 one-time enrollment fee)

Enrollment fee waived if full year paid in advance.

Membership Services (at no additional cost);

  • Unlimited office visits (routine, acute and chronic care)

  • Unlimited phone/telehealth consults

  • Preventative care and wellness exams

  • Basic minor office procedures (stitches, wound care, skin tag/mole removal, etc)

  • Coordination of care with specialists (referrals)

  • Discounted labs
