  • New Patients: $250 ($240 cash)

  • Routine Follow Up: $200 ($190 cash)

  • Acute Visits: $180 ($170 cash)

  • CDL Physical: $190 ($180 cash)

    • We have billing accounts with many employers

  • After Hours Consult: $300-350

  • Procedural visit (stitches, abscess drainage, cyst removal, etc): $350-550 ($20 cash discount)

Medicare Disclosure

Please be aware that medicare does not recognize Naturopathic Physicians as health care providers and therefore will not cover office visits, lab orders, imaging orders or referrals.

We do not bill insurance for office visits (Exception; workers comp/LNI)

Membership Option (Direct Primary Care)

While it is not required to be a member to utilize our office we are offering this as an option to individuals and employers.

Rate: $100/month ($250 one-time enrollment fee).

Enrollment fee waived if full year paid in advance ($1200).

Membership Services (at no additional cost);

  • Unlimited office visits (routine, acute and chronic care)

  • Unlimited phone/telehealth consults

  • Preventative care and wellness exams

  • Basic minor office procedures (stitches, wound care, skin tag/mole removal, etc)

  • Coordination of care with specialists (referrals)

  • Discounted labs (typical panels range from $75 to $325)
